How To Install:
1. Extract the archive (17 MB) with winrar
and copy “Classic Boots V1” to: Pro Evolution Soccer 2019\download\
2. Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator (by Baris or MjTs)
3. Add .cpk by ANDRIMOD as last checked, generate new DpFileList and enjoy game.

credit & note :

I use bootpack 2019 v5 AIO by Hoppus 117 as besic to make my classic boots. If the classic boots don't appear, that means you have to install Bootpack 2019 v5 AIO by Hoppus 117 first.
